PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in GBP sterling and are subject to change by ICC UK at any time. If the price of the book becomes higher than shown on our website at the time of your order we will advise you of that fact before taking payment, allowing you the option to cancel. VAT is not applicable for ICC publications. Please note that all event prices include VAT.

We accept credit and debit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa.

To pay via cheque or Bacs, please refer to our payment policy.

DISCOUNTS

To find out if you are eligible for discount for ICC UK events and publications, refer to our discount policy.

FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY

There are two methods for ordering books and registering for events: you can order online or complete the order form on our publications list and return via post or fax.

To order online, add your books/events to our shopping basket and then proceed to our secure contacts. To complete your order you will need to enter your credit or debit card details to make payment in full.

Overseas customers will be charged the GBP sterling value of the order, and ICC UK cannot guarantee the conversion price in your local currency. This will be subject to the local bank’s rate of exchange on the day the card is billed to your account.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from our processing system.
